If I catch the smell of someone getting offended by words, I'll just not engage with them. Neither will I remove myself though. They'll probably find a reason to engage though. That's their problem.

Absolutely. In most cases, other cultures look at these "offensive" stereotypes as their own culture getting represented on the world stage. If it's something like a unique piece of clothing or funny accent, they don't care.

Then the offended remove those things, and end up removing the moment their culture would have had on the world stage.

Obviously if it's something clearly immoral, that's a different story.
